About the role:
I run a service that builds high converting ad creatives for DTC brands on Meta and TikTok. The business is growing and I am looking for one motivated person to own client acquisition with me. This is not a faceless outreach job. You will be the engine that brings new clients in, and you will grow directly alongside the business as it scales.

You do not need years of experience. You need to be sharp, organized, hungry to grow, and genuinely good at talking to people in English. I will train you on a proven system and give you everything you need to succeed.

What I care about most is that you want to build something with me, not just clock hours. This starts as a trial period so we can both see if it is a strong fit.

What you will be doing
Your main focus is one thing: bringing in new clients. A typical day looks like this. Two hours of outreach on Instagram. You follow brands and people who fit our ideal client, reach out using the approach I teach you, and open conversations by naming a real problem they have. Your goal is to move them toward a call. You log every action in our tracker so nothing slips. One hour of targeted outreach. You research specific potential clients, look at their current ads, and show them concretely what could be done better. This is where the strongest leads come from. Thirty minutes on Upwork. One personal, well written application per day to brands looking for long term help with Meta and TikTok ads. You include my portfolio and Instagram and invite them to a call. Thirty minutes of learning and syncing. You study what we do, sharpen your own skills, and communicate clearly with me about your approach and what is working.

What I am looking for A basic understanding of marketing and why ads work. Someone who works in a structured, organized way and actually follows a system. Proactive and forward thinking. Solid, professional level English. You will be chatting and building trust with international brands, so you need to write confidently and naturally. Bonus points Experience with client acquisition, sales, or outreach.

You enjoy running an Instagram page and understand what makes content perform. You can look at a video and tell when it is well made and why.

The details
Fully remote. Work whenever suits you, no fixed timezone. Five hours per day, five days a week. Pay: 40,000 IDR per hour during the trial. Bonus: for every client you bring in, you earn a one time bonus of 10 percent of that client's monthly package. My packages run from around 720 to 4,200 USD per month, so the bigger the client you close, the bigger your bonus. As an example, a client on a 1,500 USD per month package earns you a one time bonus of roughly 3,000,000 IDR. Close several and it adds up fast.
