Civil Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil contractors delivering buildings, roads, drainage, and supporting mine infrastructure.

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, material requirements, and cost estimates.

• Evaluate contractor quotations for technical compliance, scope completeness, and cost competitiveness.

• Monitor construction quality, schedules, budgets, and compliance with HSE requirements.

• Conduct joint measurements and verify work progress, variations, and contractor payment claims.

• Coordinate civil infrastructure maintenance and repairs with relevant departments.

• Report project progress, costs, and risks, and follow up on corrective actions and handover requirements.
  

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in mining infrastructure; nickel mining exposure preferred.

• Strong skills in cost estimation, quantity measurement, and contractor supervision.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work at a remote mine site on a roster basis.
