Civil Engineer （Mandarin Speaker）

About the role

Oversee daily structural, infrastructural, or civil construction tasks on-site, ensuring absolute adherence to design blueprints and quality standards. Act as the primary technical interface, ensuring clear and accurate communication of engineering concepts, milestones, and instructions between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily structural, infrastructural, or civil construction tasks on-site, ensuring absolute adherence to design blueprints and quality standards.

• Technical Bridge: Act as the primary technical interface, ensuring clear and accurate communication of engineering concepts, milestones, and instructions between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams.

• Documentation & Review: Manage and review civil engineering documents, including structural drawings, progress reports, and technical submittals (Mandarin/English/Bahasa Indonesia).

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve unexpected structural or construction bottlenecks on-site to maintain project timelines.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Professional fluency in Mandarin (Spoken) is strictly required for technical coordination with international leads. Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in construction or site engineering. High-potential fresh graduates with fluent Mandarin are welcome to apply.

• Competent in using AutoCAD or other relevant civil engineering software.

• Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptable to fast-paced site environments, and excellent team collaboration skills.

• Ready to be stationed full-time in Batam.
