Job description :

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works during ship repair activities.

• Monitor electrical installation, motor overhauling, cable works, termination, and equipment connection.

• Support troubleshooting, testing, and inspection activities.

• Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with drawings/procedures.

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians regarding work progress.

• Guide technicians/helpers and provide daily work updates.

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of electrical work experience; shipyard/ship repair experience is preferred.

• Familiar with electrical installation, cable termination, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Able to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Good leadership, communication skills, and safety awareness.

• Good command of English is preferred.

• Willing to work in a shipyard environment and support overtime when required.
