Quantity Surveyor MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)

Job Description:

• Monitor budget regularly with respect to orders issued, payments made etc.

• Prepare bill of quantity system wise, building wise etc.

• Preparation & submission of monthly payment certificate of MEP services.

• Quantity take-off for all MEP items in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical

• Good understanding of MEP drawings, systems, items etc.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least 3 years of working experience in MEP Contractor as Quantity Surveyor MEP

• Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to be placed at all Project Berca
