Job Description

• Prepare, cook, and present hot meals in line with company standards.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all hot dishes.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff within your section.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot kitchen area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a hot kitchen setting.
• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
