Business Manager HETO – All Indonesia

Job Qualifications:

• Achieve Heavy Equipment Financing business and portfolio targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, suppliers, customers, and business partners.

• Monitor business pipelines, credit applications, and sales performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential.

• Lead and monitor the Business/Marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Heavy Equipment, Trucking, and Machinery financing products.

• Strong business development and market expansion skills, including dealer network development, channel expansion, and new customer acquisition.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the multifinance industry, with at least 3 years specializing in Heavy Equipment Financing.

• Minimum 2 years of experience at Supervisor or Manager level, preferably with experience in team management, business target achievement, and branch profitability.

• Strong understanding of B2B/Corporate Financing, particularly in the mining, construction, plantation, and infrastructure sectors.

• Strong network and relationships with dealers, principals, suppliers, and corporate clients.

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving business targets.

• Willing to be placed at any of the company’s branches across Indonesia.
