Business Development Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

- Support business development activities related to nickel mining and minerals mining projects

- Act as a Chinese–Indonesian interpreter during meetings, negotiations, and internal discussions

- Assist in preparing MOUs, proposals, presentations, and internal reports

- Coordinate communication between Chinese partners, Indonesian stakeholders, and internal teams

- Support due diligence activities, including document review and coordination with site teams

Requirements:

1. Having education background as a Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university

2. Having experiences minimum 2 years as Business Development or Sales or interpreter, preferably in the mining or resources sector (nickel preferred)

3. Fluent in Mandarin, both oral and written (HSK 5/6 equivalent would be an advantage). Having the ability to handle business and technical terminology.

4. Highly interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
