Persyaratan

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting Services, or a related role.Experience in managing B2B clients and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Good project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good command of English is an advantage.
