Business Development Manager (BPO Industry)

Job Scope
A Business Development Manager in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry is responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and growing company revenue by offering outsourcing solutions

Responsibilities

• Possess BPO industry business resources and business development capabilities; have independently handled outsourcing business with clients in the same industry, holding corresponding business resources.

• Responsible for market intelligence collection, brand promotion, and client lead development to support business expansion and project bidding.

• Expand external resources such as industry associations, media, chambers of commerce, and cross-industry partners; establish and maintain cooperative relationships.

• Independently interface with client outsourcing business owners and drive commercial cooperation.

Requirements

• Full-time college diploma or above; Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising/Media, Foreign Languages, or related majors preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, sales support, or business development; BPO, outsourcing, IT services, or consulting industry experience preferred.

• Prior experience in the same industry with existing client resources; experience as a client-side outsourcing business owner preferred.

• College diploma or above; fluent English is the minimum requirement; native Indonesian required; Chinese is preferred

• Experience with well-known companies in related industries is preferred

• Professional skills: strong market research and information analysis skills; ability to independently produce well-structured analysis reports; strong copywriting skills; proficient in Office software and familiar with new media operations and event planning tools; English as a working language preferred
