WE ARE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development professional who is passionate about building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and has an interest in Audio Visual (AV), technology, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Present and promote Audio Visual solutions to prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with the technical team to develop appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business negotiations.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• Monitor market trends and developments in Audio Visual technology.

• Develop and maintain a strong customer and business partner network.

• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Project Sales.

• Experience in Audio Visual, IT, System Integration, Networking, and Technology industries is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build long-term business relationships.

• Target-driven, proactive, confident, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willing to attend customer meetings and visit project sites when required.

• Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is an advantage.

• Good command of English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare business proposals and presentations.
