Business Analyst

About the role

On behalf of our client, Elitez Indonesia is looking for a qualified professional to join their team as a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate and effective solutions aligned with business goals and objectives.

• Bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions.

• Conduct gap analysis by understanding business requirements and developing technology solutions.

• Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver appropriate and comprehensive solutions.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

• Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test cases.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities to ensure smooth implementation.

• Identify potential risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.

• Identify potential issues and risks, and proactively recommend risk management best practices.

• Collaborate with all project team members.

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), obtain sign-offs, and develop Business Case Documents and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze root causes from strategic, business, and system perspectives, with strong decision-making skills.

• Commitment to achieving desired outcomes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Open-minded, critical thinker, dynamic, and proactive.
