Business Analyst

About the role

This role involves analyzing and developing systems, business processes, and effective integrated work standards across all EXA Group functions. You will identify improvement opportunities and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop systems, business processes, and work standards that are effective and integrated across EXA Group functions

• Identify improvement opportunities and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and business quality

• Analyze performance, identify constraints, and provide data-based recommendations to support management decision-making

• Collaborate with Leaders and Heads from various departments to ensure consistent implementation of processes and work systems

• Develop performance monitoring mechanisms, including KPIs, and prepare analysis reports and follow-up recommendations for management

• Promote the adoption of continuous improvement culture through cross-functional collaboration

About you

• Minimum S1 education from a relevant field

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Business Analyst or related field

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Able to analyze business processes, process data, and develop applicable recommendations

• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills

• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
