Building Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Monitoring maintenance work and vendor management specific to Civil and MEP work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the entire clinic building and branches

• Ensure all Civil repair needs are completed

• Ensure vendors performing Civil repairs are qualified

• Evaluate vendor work on Civil and MEP projects

• Create work reports and analyse Civil repair requirements

About you

• Minimum D3 qualification in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2 years experience

• Willing to be mobile and possess own vehicle
