Branch Supervisor

We are looking for a results-driven Branch Supervisor with strong leadership skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to develop teams and improve branch performance.

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 staff members, including operational staffs and teaching staffs. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving team performance, and achieving branch targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Branch Operations

• Ensure smooth daily branch operations in compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Handle operational issues and ensure timely and effective resolutions.

• Take overall responsibility for branch performance and target achievement.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of branch team members.

• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and support to enhance team performance.

• Identify and analyze factors contributing to student enrollment growth or decline.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Provide ideas, insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations to management to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and business growth.

• Regularly evaluate existing work processes and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.

• Previous experience in teaching English.

• Good understanding of pedagogy and effective teaching practices.

• Ability to analyze branch performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive student enrollment and retention

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assertive, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Demonstrates a strong continuous improvement mindset.

• Able to work from Monday to Friday 13.00 – 19.45 and Saturday 09.00 – 13.15
