Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities of the branch

• Prepare and ensure achievement of business targets, sales, and branch financing

• Develop strategy to increase productivity and branch performance

• Build, direct, and develop the team to achieve set targets

• Establish and develop relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners

• Ensure all business and operational processes run according to company policy and procedures

• Monitor financing quality and branch performance achievement

• Prepare reports and conduct periodic performance evaluations

About you

• Minimum S1 education, all majors

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financing, banking, automotive, or related industries

• Experience leading and developing teams

• Strong business analysis, communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities

• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali
