Branch Collection/Remedial Head

About the role

Branch Collection/Remedial Head responsible for managing and overseeing all collection and non-performing loan resolution operations at branch level to achieve company-set collection targets (WO, NPL, and Cash Collection).

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee entire collection and remedial operations at branch level to achieve established collection targets (WO, NPL, and Cash Collection)
• Conduct evaluation, monitoring, and analysis of problematic financing portfolio periodically and develop risk mitigation strategies in the branch area
• Lead, direct, and evaluate performance of internal collection team (field collector, desk collector) and external collection agencies to ensure compliance with SOP and applicable legal regulations
• Conduct negotiations, special visits, or execute settlements for problematic financing accounts with significant value/high risk
• Coordinate with external parties (police, notary, or relevant agencies) regarding legal handling or collateral asset recovery if needed
• Prepare periodic reports regarding collection effectiveness and credit portfolio status to Branch Manager and Head Office

About you

• Minimum 3 years work experience in the same position or collection/remedial field, preferably from financing (leasing), banking, or financial institution industry
• Minimum S1 education (all majors)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict management capabilities
• Understanding of fiduciary regulations, civil/criminal law related to consumer financing, and credit risk management
• High integrity, good mental resilience under pressure, and target-oriented
• Willing to be placed at Majalengka Branch
