Requirements:

• Minimum Of 3 years Of barista experience.

• Must be able to communicate in English.

• Experience with specialty coffee preparation and latte art.

• Knowledge of coffee bean origins, brewing methods, and equipment maintenance.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee beverages consistently.

• Learn and master the menu items over time.

• Delegate tasks effectively.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

• Assist stock levels and coordinate with team members.

• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the cafe area.
