Asssitant Process Engineer

About the role

Assistant Process Engineer responsible for process documentation, new product introduction, technical data analysis, shopfloor support, and technical training in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and manage Process Cards and standard operating procedures (Work Instructions / SOPs) for production lines

• Participate in the verification, trials, and implementation of new products, components, raw materials, and manufacturing processes

• Collect, process, and analyze technical parameters, production metrics, and line anomalies; identify root causes and implement preventive measures

• Monitor on-site manufacturing operations and provide timely technical support

• Assist in component-to-product matching verifications

• Organize and conduct process technical training sessions for newly joined production personnel

• Comply with corporate information security policies and report violations

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical/Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing technology, or line technical support

• Intermediate English

• Familiarity with process flowcharts, PFMEA, SOP formulation, assembly/manufacturing technical parameters, and root-cause analysis tools

• Mandarin communication capability is preferred
