Associate / Senior Associate, Game Operations (User Operations)

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze server user and gameplay trends to identify opportunities to sustain and grow the player base and improve player engagement.
• Plan and execute end-to-end large-scale campaigns to engage players and improve activeness, including in-game event planning, configuration requests, related marketing planning, material production, and post-campaign performance review. 
• Manage in-game activations and promotions for game updates and content releases, track major content’s performance, and gather comprehensive local user feedback.
• Work with the Online Marketing Team to plan the server’s ads plan, optimize the ad campaigns, and review the campaign performance. 
• Respond promptly to live game incidents and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain a high service standard for players. 
• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above from a reputable university.
• Background in business, data analysis, or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gamer psychology, particularly in action and shooter games.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Codex and Claude, with the ability to develop workflows and tools that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required, to support data analysis and generate actionable insights.
