Associate Civil Engineer

About the role

Associate Civil Engineer to support structural and foundation design calculations and oversee project drawing management for major industrial, infrastructure, and energy projects. Fresh graduates from reputable universities are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical and structural calculations for shallow and deep foundation systems.

• Manage and organize project drawings: maintain drawing logs/registers, track design revisions, and ensure proper version control and distribution across project packages.

• Interpret soil investigation reports, borehole logs, and project-specific design standards.

• Prepare design reports, calculation sheets, technical notes, and material take-offs (BoQ/MTO).

• Coordinate closely with CAD drafters, project engineers, and multidisciplinary design teams.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.

• Working knowledge of CAD tools and engineering analysis software.

• Highly organized and systematic in managing, indexing, and tracking project drawings and documentation.

• Strong intrapersonal awareness, self-driven work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Professional working proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
