Assistant Head of Accounting & Tax

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly analytical professional to join our finance team as an Assistant Head of Accounting & Tax. In this role, you will support leadership in managing overall accounting operations and ensuring strict tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Accounting & Tax in supervising the daily operations of the accounting and tax team.

• Prepare, review, and analyze periodic financial statements (monthly and annually) to ensure accuracy.

• Manage, calculate, and ensure timely submission of all corporate tax reports using Accurate Online and the Coretax system.

• Create and reconcile detailed reporting listings to verify internal data alignment with current tax regulations.

• Perform deep-dive financial and tax compliance analyses to identify risks and support business decisions.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounting and Taxation.

• Highly proficient in utilizing the Coretax system for tax reporting and experienced in operating Accurate Online.

• Must hold a Brevet A & B certificate.

• Fluent in Indonesian.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proven track record in preparing and finalizing financial statements.

• Experienced in creating and managing comprehensive reporting listings for both audit and tax purposes.
