Art Director

Job Descriptions:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, applying storytelling principles across visual and copy elements to create cohesive, engaging, and effective communication.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives

- Create graphics and assets for digital and print mediums, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all channels

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve skills and stay innovative

- Translate project briefs into visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality

- Lead assigned projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.

- Analyze published visual materials to evaluate performance, consistency, and opportunities for improvement.

- Lead, supervise, and collaborate with Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, and other creative team members to translate creative direction into high-quality executions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

- Min. 2 Years Experience in Graphic Design, Art Director or similar role "

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design across different platforms and mediums

- A creative individual with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team

- Willingness to learn, adapt, receive feedback, and continuously improve

- Proactive attitude in identifying, acknowledging, and correcting mistakes to continuously improve the quality of work

- Experienced in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Video Motion
