Area Sales & Operations Supervisor

About the role

Area Manager position responsible for managing retail/F&B operations across multiple store locations, driving sales growth, and overseeing strategic expansion opportunities within assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify expansion opportunities and evaluate new store locations

• Support achievement of sales targets for sales area and offline stores

• Analyze sales data and design effective data-driven strategies to increase revenue and profitability in assigned area

• Manage and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) for the area

• Manage maintenance and asset management for the company in the area

• Manage and develop human resources in the area, including ensuring team productivity and maintaining employee retention rates

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education from any discipline

• Minimum 3 years experience in Area Manager or Multi-Store Manager position in Retail/F&B industry

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss)

• Experience managing mall and event operations

• Data-driven and strategic mindset

• Ability to create and design sales improvement strategies for assigned area

• Willing to work with high mobility for operational visits

• Leadership capability, strong communication skills, and high integrity
