Affiliate Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard potential affiliates through TikTok Shop, Shopee, social media, and creator communities

• Expand the affiliate network to support brand awareness and sales growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through consistent communication, engagement, and relationship management

• Encourage affiliate participation in brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

• Monitor affiliate performance, including GMV, content output, engagement, and conversion rates

• Analyze performance data and develop action plans to improve affiliate productivity, sales contribution, and retention

• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, special commission schemes, product launches, and promotional initiatives

• Develop and implement incentives to increase affiliate participation and drive sales performance
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or a related field

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, particularly TikTok Shop and Shopee

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for performance tracking, reporting, and basic data analysis

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with good English proficiency

• Familiarity with beauty trends and consumer behavior is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple affiliates and campaigns simultaneously

• Proactive, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced e-commerce environment
