As an Affiliate Intern, you will:

• Assist in design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Support in monitoring affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, revenue), generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Research industry trends and competitor affiliate programs to identify new opportunities and strategies.
• Ensure all content produced by KOLs and affiliates adheres to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices.

Persyaratan

• Fresh graduate or Final-year student from Marketing, Communication, Management, or related major.
• Familiarity with social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with affiliates.
• Up-to-date on industry trends in both influencer and affiliate marketing to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
