As a Trade Marketing , you will:

• Execute trade marketing programs across channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce). 
• Coordinate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Procurement teams to ensure timely execution of promotions. 
• Support the planning and implementation of national, regional, and store-specific promotions. 
• Conduct regular market visits to check execution quality, competitor activities, and gather field insights. 
• Prepare reports on trade marketing activities, including performance analysis and recommendations for improvements. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and sales growth. 

Persyaratan

• 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing Support (preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods). 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
• Analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally. 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines. 
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.
