About the role

We are seeking an Admin Finance Accounting professional to join our Finance team on a full-time basis at our Bali location. This role sits at the heart of our financial operations, providing essential accounting and administrative support that ensures the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As Admin Finance Accounting, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial systems and supporting the broader finance function. This position offers you the opportunity to work within a dynamic team whilst contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Recording and reconciling financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses in our accounting systems

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner

• Preparing and maintaining financial documentation, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliation statements

• Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and statements

• Assisting with bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies

• Managing financial filing systems and ensuring proper documentation storage and retrieval

• Responding to internal and external enquiries regarding financial records and transactions

• Supporting budget tracking and expense monitoring activities

• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards

What we're looking for

• A recognised qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Proven experience in a financial accounting or bookkeeping role, ideally within a similar organisational environment

• Proficiency with accounting software and systems; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and double-entry bookkeeping

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders

• Reliability and trustworthiness in handling sensitive financial information

• Experience with tax compliance and statutory reporting is preferred

• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and tax requirements is beneficial
