Job Title: Admin E-commerce & Affiliate

Position Objective

This role is responsible for supporting daily e-commerce and affiliate activities, with a focus on data management, affiliate product fulfillment, and e-commerce administration.

The E-commerce & Affiliate Admin will ensure that e-commerce data is accurate and well organized, affiliate products are properly prepared and shipped, and daily operational activities run smoothly. This role will work closely with the E-commerce, Warehouse, Marketing, and related teams to support overall e-commerce performance.

Job Responsibilities

1.  Manage e-commerce data and administrative activities as a core function, including pulling, updating, organizing, and checking data related to sales, orders, products, campaigns, and affiliate performance. Ensure data is accurate, updated, and properly maintained for daily reporting and e-commerce needs.

2.  Manage daily affiliate activities, including managing affiliate product stock, sorting affiliate requests manually or through the system, preparing and checking the correct products, packing and shipping affiliate packages, tracking deliveries, and ensuring products are delivered properly and on time.

3.  Support daily e-commerce operations and reporting, including preparing data and reports needed by the e-commerce team, maintaining performance tracking, and coordinating with E-commerce, Warehouse, Marketing, and other related teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

1.  Minimum 2 years of experience as an E-commerce Admin, Marketplace Admin, Affiliate Admin, E-commerce Operations Admin, or similar role.

2.  Hands-on experience in e-commerce administration and daily operational activities.

3.  Familiar with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop.

4.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with good ability to manage, filter, sort, organize, and process data.

5.  Comfortable working with sales, order, product, campaign, and affiliate data.

6.  Detail-oriented and able to maintain data and product accuracy.

7.  Able to handle administrative tasks, product preparation, packing, and shipment processes in an organized manner.

8.  Good communication and coordination skills, especially when working with E-commerce and Warehouse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

1.  Experience handling affiliate operations, affiliate seeding, or affiliate product fulfillment.

2.  Experience working with FMCG, beauty, skincare, men’s grooming, or other consumer brands.

3.  Familiar with basic e-commerce and affiliate performance metrics, such as sales, orders, traffic, conversion, and affiliate sales.

4.  Experience handling product packing, shipment preparation, and shipment tracking.

5.  Strong attention to detail, organized, responsible, and comfortable working with data and repetitive operational tasks.

6.  Willing to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
