Activation & Partnership Supervisor - Pekanbaru (Talent Pool)

Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing activity plans focused on demand generation and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute product launch campaigns, grand openings, and other promotional events.
• Manage promotions and programs, including marketing guidelines, local partnerships, budgeting, and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
• Build and maintain regular partnership agreements (new partnerships) and local programs.
• Assist in executing sales promotion programs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any major).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in sales and marketing or actively participating in promotional/sales events is a plus.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Willing to commute.
