1. Develop and implement marketing activity plans focused on demand generation and brand awareness.

2. Coordinate with internal teams to execute product launch campaigns, grand openings, and other promotional events.

3. Manage promotions and programs, including marketing guidelines, local partnerships, budgeting, and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).

4. Build and maintain regular partnership agreements (new partnerships) and local programs.

5. Assist in executing sales promotion programs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

1. Bachelor's degree (any major).

2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Experience in sales and marketing or actively participating in promotional/sales events is a plus.

4. Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

5. Willing to commute.

6. Willing to be placed in Manado
