Accounting & Tax Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to join our team at PT Mitraindo Adi Perkasa. This position is based in Balongbendo, East Java

What you'll be doing

Job Description

• Lead and oversee the accounting and tax functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage tax planning, tax reporting, and tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.

• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities when necessary.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance to support management decision-making.

• Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

• Supervise and mentor the accounting and tax team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and prevailing tax regulations.

• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and business operations.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards (PSAK), and accounting principles.

4. Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries is highly preferred.

5. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

10. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

11. High integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
