Account Payable Supervisor (Retail)

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in related fields, preferably in the retail industry.

• Experienced in handling end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and AP reconciliation per month (including AP Aging monitoring)

• Able to oversee daily accounts payable operations and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

• Experienced in monitoring outstanding payables, payment schedules, and cash flow requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (preferably SAP).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

• Independent, result-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Willing to work at Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
