Area Manager (Retail Fashion)

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, minimum GPA 3.00.

• Minimum 12 years of retail experience, including 6 years in multi-store or regional management.

• Preferably experienced in footwear, apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle retail.

• Proven track record in driving sales growth and revenue performance across multiple stores.

• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, including sales growth, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and store productivity.

• Strong ability to coach Store Leaders and Sales Associates and build high-performing sales teams.

• Able to identify sales opportunities, address performance gaps, and execute effective improvement plans.

• Hands-on leadership, with regular store visits and strong operational execution.

• Willing to be based in Balikpapan and travel and supervise few stores
