Account Executive (Sales)

About the role

PT Eureka Sukses Abadi is a Medical Device Distribution Company seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to ensure successful delivery of services and products. The role supports the company's vision to be a trusted partner and market leader in vascular access, nephrology, surgery, and cardiology therapeutics.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for sales in assigned area and achieving predetermined sales targets
• Create visit plans to customers/hospitals and achieve daily user targets
• Maintain good relationships with customers and develop surveys to obtain data
• Create weekly and monthly sales reports to area sales manager/national sales manager
• Coordinate promotions and product presentations to customers
• Accompany product team to introduce product features and specifications offered

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience as sales with extensive network with doctors/hospitals
• Honest and able to work towards targets
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Own vehicle and active driving license (SIM A/C)
