Deskripsi pekerjaan
Key responsibilities
Supervise and ensure warehouse operational activities run according to SOP
Coordinate warehouse teamwork, including scanning, loading, unloading, and sorting
Ensure the process of receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping packages runs well
Monitor team productivity and achievement of operational targets
Conduct checks and monitoring of package quantity and status
Handle and report operational obstacles to superiors
Ensure security, order, and cleanliness of warehouse area
Create operational reports and provide updates regarding warehouse conditions to superiors
Assist with briefing and provide direction to operational team
About you
Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 is an added value
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational field minimum 1 year
Good leadership and team coordination capabilities
Able to work with targets and in dynamic situations
Thorough, disciplined, responsible, and have problem solving capabilities
Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an added value
Willing to work in shifts and in warehouse environment
