Warehouse Management System Operator

About the role

This role involves allocating products based on Shipment and Memos by creating Loading Instruction and Transfer Order for truck loading and unloading. You will be responsible for processing goods issues and goods receipts, as well as printing Surat Jalan and COA. Additionally, you will track and troubleshoot discrepancies between physical goods and SAP records, collaborating directly with the Inventory Controller to ensure stock accuracy and maintain precise data regarding inventory and the physical location of goods within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate products based on Shipment and Memos by creating Loading Instruction and Transfer Order for truck loading and unloading.

• Process goods issues and goods receipts accurately.

• Print Surat Jalan and Certificate Of Analysis documents.

• Track and troubleshoot discrepancies between physical goods and SAP system records.

• Collaborate with the Inventory Controller to maintain and ensure stock accuracy.

• Present and maintain accurate data regarding inventory levels and the physical locations of goods at the warehouse.

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics and operational leadership (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Solid problem-solving abilities.

• The ability to communicate well in English is a plus.
