Deskripsi pekerjaan

Build the System. Lead the Operation. Set the Standard.

PT Linyang Energy Cemerlang is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and develop our warehouse and internal logistics operations as we prepare for the next stage of manufacturing growth and mass production.

As our first dedicated Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in building a structured, efficient, and scalable operation — covering warehouse systems, inventory control, material flow, finished goods handling, dispatch readiness, team capability, and operational standards.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys building systems, improving operations, developing people, and turning operational challenges into sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end warehouse and internal logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, finished goods, packing, and dispatch.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve warehouse and logistics SOPs, workflows, operational standards, and internal controls.

  • Establish strong inventory management covering stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, reconciliation, location control, and material traceability.

  • Strengthen ERP/WMS discipline to ensure timely and accurate transactions and alignment between physical inventory and system records.

  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, material handling, internal logistics, and material flow to support production efficiency.

  • Ensure timely and accurate material supply to production and finished goods readiness according to delivery requirements.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material movement within the assigned logistics scope.

  • Develop and monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, inventory accuracy, productivity, service performance, and improvement actions.

  • Drive structured problem solving, 5S, PDCA, and continuous improvement to eliminate inefficiencies and prevent recurring issues.

  • Build, lead, coach, and develop the warehouse and logistics team with clear standards, accountability, and performance expectations.

  • Ensure safety, process compliance, audit readiness, inventory controls, and appropriate segregation of duties.

  • Collaborate closely with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Sales/Project, and Factory Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management, or related field. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.

  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience with responsibility for warehouse operations and team management.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, material traceability, and warehouse administration.

  • Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and disciplined inventory transaction processes.

  • Experience in building, improving, or transforming warehouse/logistics systems, SOPs, layouts, or operational processes will be highly valued.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and drive execution in a growing manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in a factory start-up, warehouse transformation, or mass-production ramp-up environment will be an advantage.

  • English communication skills and experience in an international manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

The Leader We Are Looking For

We are looking for a system builder, not simply an operational caretaker.

Someone who:

  • Understands both operational details and the bigger supply-chain picture.

  • Builds sustainable systems rather than relying on individuals.

  • Takes ownership and solves problems proactively.

  • Uses data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Builds discipline, accountability, and teamwork.

  • Turns plans into consistent execution and measurable results.

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to become our first dedicated Warehouse & Logistics Manager and play a key role in shaping the function as PT Linyang Energy Cemerlang enters its next stage of manufacturing growth.

You will have meaningful ownership to build the system, establish operational standards, develop the team, and create a scalable warehouse and logistics foundation for future mass production.

If you have strong manufacturing warehouse and logistics experience and are passionate about building systems, developing teams, and creating operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
