Deskripsi pekerjaan
Build Reliable Planning. Strengthen Factory Execution. Drive Operational Excellence.
We are looking for a highly capable, analytical, and hands-on PPIC Supervisor to strengthen our manufacturing planning and inventory control systems.
As our manufacturing operations continue to develop, this role will be critical in establishing structured planning processes, ensuring material readiness, improving inventory visibility, and supporting consistent production execution.
We are seeking someone who can go beyond preparing production schedules, someone who can build effective systems, anticipate operational risks, and translate planning data into actionable decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and capacity-based production plans.
Translate approved demand and forecasts into realistic monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules.
Establish structured planning controls, including rolling forecasts, scheduling priorities, and change management.
Ensure material readiness through accurate BOM analysis, inventory visibility, material requirements, and shortage monitoring.
Monitor production progress, WIP, finished goods, capacity utilization, and plan-versus-actual performance.
Analyze inventory risks, including stock shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving materials, and obsolete stock.
Coordinate internally with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Engineering, QA/QC, and Sales to resolve planning constraints.
Develop and improve PPIC procedures, reporting systems, ERP data accuracy, and operational KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process optimization, and preventive actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience in PPIC, production planning, or material planning, including at least 1 year leading a process or team.
Strong practical knowledge of MPS, MRP, BOM, capacity planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset.
Able to work independently, coordinate across departments, and manage competing operational priorities.
Experience in electronics, electrical equipment manufacturing, production ramp-up, or new product introduction is preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
What We Value
We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
System Thinking: Able to establish structured, reliable, and sustainable planning processes.
Operational Ownership: Takes responsibility for planning accuracy, material readiness, and timely execution.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: Identifies root causes, anticipates risks, and recommends practical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Challenges inefficient processes and drives measurable operational improvements.
Why Join Us?
