Warehouse Equipment Staff

Key responsibilities

• Record equipment inflow and outflow and update inventory data

• Ensure equipment is in good condition before and after use

• Check quantity and condition of equipment before dispatch process

• Coordinate with warehouse, operational team, and related parties in equipment distribution process

• Monitor equipment usage and returns and report any losses or damage

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment storage area and ensure equipment is well organized

• Create reports related to inventory and equipment dispatch activities

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or equipment management is a plus

• Meticulous in recording and checking inventory

• Good administrative and coordination skills

• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Disciplined, responsible, and have problem-solving abilities

• Able to work individually and in teams

• Willing to work in shifts and in a warehouse environment
