About the role

This role involves welcoming and serving guests in a hospitality setting, managing orders and payments, and maintaining operational standards throughout service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, seat them, provide menus, and offer recommendations or upselling opportunities

• Ensure guest comfort during their dining experience

• Record and confirm orders accurately, including special requests and allergies

• Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar

• Present dishes according to standards

• Assist with bar operations

• Operate the POS system

• Process cash and non-cash payments (debit, credit, QRIS) with accuracy

• Ensure billing accuracy and payment reconciliation

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas

• Perform cash closing, bar stock checks, and daily transaction reporting to management
