About the role

Serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner while working in the restaurant. Welcome and direct customers to available tables, provide menu information, and explain food and beverages to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers at available tables

• Provide menu information and explain food and beverage options to customers

• Record and input customer orders correctly and communicate them to the kitchen or bar

• Serve food and beverages according to orders, service standards, and specified times

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints politely, reporting to management if necessary

• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of tables, chairs, service areas, and dining equipment

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, cashier, and other staff to ensure smooth operations

• Verify orders and bills to ensure they match customer orders

• Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP), company regulations, and health and safety standards

• Maintain professional , and discipline while working
