About the role

PISON Group is seeking a friendly, passionate, and service oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and assist guests with recommendations when needed

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar team

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to company standards

• Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and ensure excellent service

• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting to maintain smooth restaurant operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly

• Process guest bills and payments accurately when required

• Follow company service standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety procedures

About you

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and Front of House operations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Good teamwork and time management skills

• Ability to remain calm and attentive during busy service periods

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences

• Good English communication skills are preferred
