Visual Merchandiser Officer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and display standards in assigned stores.

• Set up and maintain product displays, mannequins, window displays, and promotional materials.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are properly implemented.

• Support new collection launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Monitor store layouts and product presentation, providing recommendations for improvement.

• Coordinate with Store Operations teams to maintain visual standards and product availability.

• Prepare VM reports, store visit documentation, and follow-up action plans.

• Assist in training store teams on VM standards and best practices.

• Ensure all visual merchandising materials are used and maintained according to company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major with related field and having good sense of art.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship experience in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Retail, or a related field will be an advantage.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and visual presentation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits.
