Vice President Finance

About the role

VP Finance leads and directs the entire Finance function in alignment with the Company's vision, mission, strategy, governance, and business objectives. The role translates business strategy into integrated financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management while ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and sound financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct the entire Finance function in alignment with the Company's vision, mission, strategy, governance, and business objectives

• Translate strategy into integrated RJPP, RKAP, forecasts, rolling forecasts, funding plans, and financial performance targets

• Lead the bottom-up budgeting process, challenge operational and commercial assumptions, and integrate projected profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational KPIs

• Prepare scenario, sensitivity, break-even, impairment, investment appraisal, and funding requirement analyses to support Board decisions

• Monitor revenue, EBITDA, NPAT, BOPO, cash flow, and productivity indicators and ensure timely action on material variances

• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and performance reporting to the Board, Board of Commissioners, Holding, and relevant stakeholders

• Provide profitability analysis by service, product, physician, payer, and partner to support pricing, service development, and margin optimisation decisions

• Ensure accounting and financial reporting comply with PSAK, Holding accounting policies, tax requirements, and applicable regulations, and control periodic closing processes

• Lead cash-flow planning and monitoring and maintain sufficient liquidity for hospital operations

• Lead, develop, and evaluate performance and ensure competency development, succession planning, handover, and business continuity across all functions under the VP Finance

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage

• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are considered a strong advantage

• At least 12 years of progressive Finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role

• Experience in hospitals, healthcare, regulated industries, multinational companies, or capital-intensive businesses is strongly preferred

• Strong experience across FP&A, accounting, audit, treasury, tax, funding, internal controls, commercial finance, SAP/ERP, and system integration

• Sound understanding of PSAK/IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, corporate governance, and internal control practices

• Able to communicate professionally in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
