For over 40 years, Trio Jaya (CV Kencana Buana Prima) has been one of Indonesia's trusted names in paper-based printing solutions — packaging, stationery, and promotional materials — serving brands across food, retail, and corporate industries nationwide.

We're opening a rare seat at the table: a marketing role reporting directly to our Marketing Director and working hand-in-hand with our Owner, an MBA-ITB graduate who built Trio Jaya's growth strategy from the ground up. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's plan — it's one where you help write it.

What you'll do:

- Help shape Trio Jaya's marketing strategy and planning, working closely with the Owner and Marketing Director

- ⁠Build deep knowledge of our products and industry to sharpen positioning

- ⁠Drive new client acquisition, from spotting opportunities to closing them

- ⁠Coordinate with external consultants and agencies to keep execution aligned with strategy

- ⁠Take on high-visibility projects that directly influence business decisions

Who we're looking for:

- S1 from a reputable university, any major — how you think matters more than what you studied

- ⁠Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills

- ⁠Genuine interest in marketing management, well organized, comfortable coordinating across teams

- ⁠Hungry to learn, low ego, and excited to build rather than just maintain
