Vendor Management Sourcing

About the role

This role involves sourcing and identifying vendors according to company needs, conducting market research to find the best vendors in terms of quality, price, and service, and managing vendor relationships for long-term cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing and vendor identification according to company requirements

• Conduct market research to obtain the best vendors in terms of quality, price, and service

• Perform outreach, communication, and initial negotiation with prospective vendors

• Create and update vendor database

• Monitor vendor performance and provide recommendations for the best vendors based on data and analysis

• Establish good relationships with vendors to create long-term cooperation

About you

• Minimum S1 education from all majors (Logistics, Transportation, Management, or related fields preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Vendor Sourcing

• Experience conducting large-scale vendor sourcing across various categories

• Strong negotiation skills regarding price, quality, and terms of cooperation

• Understanding of procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and contract administration

• Able to operate Microsoft Office

• Good communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with targets
