Travel Consultant (DKI Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Surabaya, Denpasar)

Responsibilities:

• Selling all products (Ticket, Hotel, Document, ect)

• Provide a good service for customer through offline (walk-in) and online (Telephone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, NADIA)

• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and to the satisfaction of the customers

• Will be placed at Jakarta/Bogor/Bandung/Surabaya/Denpasar Branch

Requirements :

• Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP

• Minimal 2 years experience at same position

• Familiar with Ticket Reservation System (Amadeus, Abacus & Galileo)

• Strong personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented

• Excellent command of spoken & written English

• Preferable having IATA or other Airlines Certificate

• Flexible and fully open to relocation across all operational sites based on business needs
