Training Specialist 培训专员

Key responsibilities

• Compile & implement employee training and development programs

• Teach Indonesian language to Chinese expatriate staff and Mandarin Chinese to Indonesian staff

• Develop language training materials aligned with workplace communication and job requirements

• Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor employee competency development

• Manage training schedules, documentation, data, and activity reports

• Coordinate with departments to identify employee training needs
  

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher; HR, Mandarin Chinese Education, or related field preferred

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian, both spoken and written

• Ability to teach, develop training materials, and evaluate learning outcomes

• Experience in training or language teaching is valued

• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
