Standards and Training Support Specialist

About the role

Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs, operational guidelines, and service standards for Value Added Services (VAS) across agent areas and outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations to support the implementation of operational procedures

• Conduct operational training and provide guidance to agent and outlet teams to ensure consistent service execution

• Monitor operational performance and service quality, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams

• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and follow up on issues to ensure compliance with established standards

• Conduct field visits when required to support training implementation and monitor operational compliance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Previous experience in the logistics industry, preferably in operations, quality control, training, or SOP development

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data

• Strong skills in SOP development, training material preparation, and operational documentation

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Willing to conduct field visits and provide operational training when required

• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
